Ibe Pledges True, Effective Representation Of Ikeduru State-constituency.
As preparations for the primary elections by various political parties ahead of the awaited 2027 General Elections in Nigeria gather momentum,a frontline aspirant for the Seat of Ikeduru State-constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC,Hon.Emmanuel Ibe,has promised that he will bring about true and effective representation of the people of Ikeduru LGA,by way of quality legislations and oversight duties,if given the opportunity to serve his people in the IMHA.
In a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday,May,9,2026, the young and vibrant APC aspirant for Ikeduru State-constituency in the IMHA,noted that in his commitment to true representation,he will serve as a formidable voice of the people of Ikeduru State-constituency, maintain constant presence,as well as remain accessible to the people of his constituency, together with holding regular town hall meetings and stakeholders’ engagements for the betterment of Ikeduru LGA,if elected into the State Legislature.
He further stated that,as part of his manifestos,he will ensure that the constituents’ concerns are actively presented,defended, and vigorously pursued in the State House of Assembly, even as he pledged to build a system where every constituent feels heard,respected and valued at all times.
The Uzoagba- Ikeduru-born IMHA hopeful, while informing that he will legislate for impact purposes, and not for record, also said that the Assembly is a place for results,not for seat-warming, adding that he will sponsor people-oriented bills on health, education,youth empowerment, and infrastructure, even as he hinted that he will actively participate in the House debates to ensure that his constituency is visible, respected and influential.
Hon.Ibe, maintained that he will push for policies that will directly improve the living standards of his constituents across board,as well as ensure that every law passed translates to real and measurable benefits for his people of Ikeduru LGA,as part of measures aimed at purposeful representation.
However, the Imo State House of Assembly hopeful for the Seat of Ikeduru State-constituency, assured that he will demand accountability and deliver fair share of the dividends of democracy to his people, because, Ikeduru State-constituency deserves what is due to the constituents.
This,he promised to achieve by way of monitoring Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies,MDAs,and making sure that capital projects allocated to Ikeduru State-constituency are meticulously executed and delivered, among others.
