The Rebuild Imo Movement (RIM) has been described as the biggest sociopolitical structure in the state. This declaration was made by Bar. Chisom Dominic, the RIM women coordinator, Okigwe zone.

“I can tell you for sure that Rebuild Imo Movement, RIM, is strong, solid and significant. RIM is strong because it is unique in structure. It is solid because it revolves around our principal’s slogan of equity, justice and fairness. And our principal is The Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha. Of course, RIM is significant because it is the biggest as well as the most organised sociopolitical structure in Imo State”, Dominic stated.

She added; “Many cannot understand how not being in office, our most disciplined leader, Ihedioha, still commands such a large following that cuts across all wards, zones and LGAs in the state. In RIM, we have quality women, hard working youths as well as men of integrity who are spreading the movement’s message to the grassroots. This is what makes Rebuild Imo Movement formidable, reliable and distinct from other organizations within the sociopolitical frame in Imo State”.
