There was high level of excitement at the
ISIALA MBANO HEADQUARTERS UMUELEMAI as Ugiri clan elders council Visited the executive Chairman of the local Government, Evang.Chika OKOROIKE to congratulate him on his emergence as the number one chief servant of the local Government.
The LGA headquarters was agog with creme de la creme of personalities from UGIRI extraction which included all the president generals, Traditional Rulers,Woman leaders, Government liaison Officers , political appointees, Councillors, Former LGA Executive chairmen and Sole administrator from Ugiri clan were all in attendance for the show of support and encourageme to their beloved son.
The Apex leader Of UGIRI CLAN elders council ,Dr Sir Ben . Uwakwem -IHUEECHINYEREMBA UGIRI CLAN who led the delegation said that the idea of the visit was to congratulate our beloved son Evang.Okoroike and to pledge Ugiri clan’s support to his administration.He also said that Ugiri clan is a force to reckon with when it comes to the politics of Isiala MBANO .
He also used the opportunity to encourage the COUNCIL boss to be impartial in the discharge of his duties.
The leadership of NdI Eze in UGIRI clan,PGs, women leaders , stakeholders from Ugiri clan all took their turn to eulogize the young and vibrant Chika OKOROIKE for having been able to cushion the effect of the bad erosion site at NKWO mbaa and thanked him for the way and manner he handled the security matters in the entire Isiala MBANO during the yuletide and new year celebrations.
As an organized socio cultural group,all the twelve communities in Ugiri clan were all represented by individuals with high sense community development.
The council boss OKOROIKE said he was so happy to have his kinsmen from the twelve communities in Ugiri clan coming under the aegis of Ugiri clan elders council to congratulate and also to pray for him to succeed in his endeavors as the chief servant of the LGA .
The Apex leader DR SIR BEN Uwakwem who led the delegation came in the company of other notable leaders like

Also,the leadership of the local government was not left out as the Vice chairman Hon.Lady Laz.Onyema, the leader of the LGA legislative council and councillors were all in attendance.
As a tradition, the high point of the event was seen when all the twelve traditional Rulers in Ugiri clan on behalf of Ugiri clan led a prayer session for the executive CHAIRMAN to succeed in the discharge of his duties without fear or favour.
