Human rights activist and former chairman of Nigeria’s Human Rights Commission, Professor Chidi Odinkalu, has accepted the challenge by the Director-General of the Imo State Orientation Agency, Evangelist Ethelbert Okere, for a debate with the Imo state governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma.
