The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction,Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, has emerged as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress ( APC).
Yilwatda was elected by the members of National Executive Committee ( NEC) of the party on Thursday in Abuja.
Daily Nigerian Horn gathered that the Plateau born Professor was nominated for the plum position by the Chairman Progressives Governors’ Forum, Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State and the motion seconded by the Speaker of the House of Representatives,Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen.
