A renowned Accountant, Business Administrator and Consultant to the Nigerian Horn Group of Newspapers,Dr Evangelist Lambert Amakaeme, has been conferred with the rank of Professor, by the Adonai Christian Theological Seminary, Owerri.
The Title which was conferred on him on Saturday 15th November 2025 in Owerri in an elaborate ceremony, has attracted accolades from many distinguished personalities across the state.
Also honoured at the Event, is a seasoned journalist, preacher and Human Rights Activist,Pastor Austin Okoro who bagged an Honorary Doctoral Degree.
Addressing the congregation during the event, the Presiding Bishop/Provost of the institute, Rt. Rev.Emele U. Emele charged the Honorees to continue to serve in the vineyard of the Lord by providing material needs and services in the house of God.
Rt Rev Emele said the Almighty God is a Spirit being and sees what everyone does and they that honour him, He will honour.
” The honour done to you today is occasioned by the good you have habitually done for the good of others and contributions to the church.” he said.
“Our prayer for you is that the honour done to you today will result in God blessing you more, so that you do more on his work on earth”, Bishop Emele stated.
Responding, the honorees thanked the Almighty God for honouring them. They also appreciates the leadership of Adonai Christian Theological Seminary for finding them worthy of the awards and prayed God to bless them.
They equally pledged to continue to support the seminary and contribute to the work of God in the larger society and to be worthy ambassadors of the institution.
