The Executive chairman of Isiala Mbano Local Government in Imo State,Hon Evangelist Chika Okoroike has inaugurated a 16 Member local government Area,Master Plan and Property Recovery Committee.
He charged the members to deploy their wealth of knowledge and expertise in their various fields and work collaboratively as a team to achieve the aims and objectives of the Committee.
These were contained in a press release issued by the SSA(Media & Publicity) to the Chairman,Prince UdoGod Agbugba and made available to Daily Nigerian Horn.
According to the release,members of the Committee are: High Chief Alloysius Oduba,Chairman while Hon Chijioke Egejuru is the vice chairman.Barr. Chukwuemeka Onwuka is the Committee secretary while Hon Barr Sir Uzochukwu Chinedu Iwuagwu(secretary to the local government Area) is a member.
It said that other members of the Committee are,Hon Nze Promise Amadi,Hon Chief Martin Osuji, surveyor Ikejiaku Anayo,Hon Enyioma Akobundu,Hon UdoGod Agbugba, and Hon Oliver Nwaeche.
According to the release the rest are, Hon Jude Egbuleze,Town planning officer,Isiala Mbabo LGA,Sector Commander,Isiala Mbano JTF, DPO,Umuelemai,Isiala Mbano LGA, Director DAS Isiala Mbano LGA,and Divisional Officer,NSCDC,Isiala Mbano.
The release stated that the Committee’s terms of reference are to: Restore and implement the original master plan of the Isiala Mbano LGA.Identify and recover all government properties.Engage stakeholders and community members where necessary. And to Make recommendations to the local government authority.
It further said that the committee’s appointments take effect from 1st September,2025.
