As Christians all over the world celebrate once again the commemoration of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, Dr. Chima Matthew Amadi has extended his warmest felicitations to Imolites.
In his message, Amadi emphasized the significance of Easter celebration – the resurrection of the Son of God, Our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ – highlighting the values of love, compassion, and sacrifice that Jesus embodied.
The Umuekwenne Ngor Okpala born nutritionist, a distinguished scholar with global consciousness, and a social engineer with high scale of entrepreneural bend, used the occasion to urge Imolites to come together in unity and solidarity, working towards building a brighter future for their state.
He reiterated the importance of fostering an environment of peace, understanding, and cooperation to drive progress and development in the State.
Amadi expressed appreciation to the Christian community for their unwavering faith and resilience. He prayed that the resurrection power of Christ would guide Imolites as they navigate life’s complexities, particularly as they make the ultimate choice of leaders.
He further expressed hope and optimism that this Easter occasion would bring Imolites closer to their shared aspirations for a better Imo State.
Amadi concluded his message with a call to action, encouraging Imolites to harness their collective strengths and talents to build a more prosperous and harmonious Imo State insisting that Easter is a significant moment of new beginning.
According to him, “As we observe Easter, I’m reminded of the example of Jesus Christ, his love for every person and his resolve in the face of hardship. As someone devoted to thoughtful study and service, I find in his life a call to kindness and honesty in all we do. May the promise of resurrection give you renewed strength and hope for each new day”.
