Member representing Okigwe North (Isiala Mbano, Onuimo, and Okigwe local government areas) in the House of Representatives, Hon Miriam Onuoha, at the weekend, commended Governor Hope Uzodimma on his unrelenting efforts in building enduring infrastructure in the state.
She urged the governor not to relent on his development strides.
Onuoha made the remarks while interacting with journalists at the ‘Iwa Ji’ festival of Eze Oliver Ohanweh.
The legislator who was one of the many dignitaries spotted on the occasion, described ‘Iwa Ji’ as “a mark of progress which should be encouraged to continue.”
“I’m impressed with the Governor over the road infrastructure and other things he is building and constructing in Imo State. We want more progress to come to Imo State through Governor Hope Uzodimna and those of us. I would like him to hand over to a successor who will keep the stream of development in the state going, in the name of Jesus Christ,” she stated.
Eze Cletus Illomuanya, Hon Ifeanyi Agwu, PhD., were some of the Eze’s guests on the occasion.
