The seven-member 2025 Imo Newspaper Publishers Association (INPA) Week Planning Committee was on Saturday, September 6, 2025 inaugurated.
Performing the inauguration during its August monthly general meeting in Owerri, Chairman of INPA, Chief Declan Anaele noted that the 2025 INPA Week is the first of its kind being organized by the association.
He charged the committee to ensure the events lined up for the week are successfully and decently executed.
Chief Anaele said the committee has the permission of the executive to marshal out activities for the week and brief the association for ratification.
Responding, Chairman of the Committee, Sir Modestus Nwankpa pledged on behalf of members to live up to expectation.
Sir Nwankpa who is the Publisher of The Big Truth Newspaper promised that the committee will not betray the confidence reposed in it.
He added that the committee will do all in its powers to ensure the week is a huge success.
The committee is composed of Sir Modestus Nwankpa (Chairman); Chief Henry Ekpe(Co-chairman); Leonard Ajokubi (Secretary); Ms Tricia Iwuoha, Stanley Duruanyim and Gele Agbai.
