They disclosed that the “CJC is implemented by NDF with advisory support from the CJC Steering Committee while funding and technical support are provided by HiiL. The initiative is designed as a hybrid justice delivery model, combining a physical centre with an online platform to ensure broad access to justice support, dispute resolution and referral services. It serves as a first point of contact for individuals facing justice challenges, offering alternative dispute resolution, legal information and referrals to specialized services such as legal aid, psychosocial support and medical assistance.”

Through this collaborative effort, they identified the most pressing justice needs in Imo State as domestic violence, family disputes and land issues. CJC is a solution to help prevent and resolve these justice needs.”
